Welcome to the Online Resilience Clinic. It is our hope and goal that your being here will be the first of many steps on your path towards healing from your trauma and empowering yourself to live the life you wish to live. The most important thing to remember, and continue to remember, is that any abuse you have experienced is NOT okay and is NOT your fault.
We understand right now is an extremely difficult time for you and even just visiting this clinic is an incredibly brave step to take. This clinic will involve a series of self-guided modules that you can work through at your own pace and customise to your own unique situation. These modules have been built using: evidence based, solution focused, psychological interventions that are designed to help you not only recover from the trauma you have suffered, but live a flourishing life beyond your abuse and this clinic.
